About Me

I grew up pursuing interests in both music and dance, studying the piano — and a little later, the violin — while training in ballet at a high, pre-professional level. It was a full life, but it taught me time management and prioritization pretty quickly! In my senior years with the ballet, I also learned about leadership, and what it meant to have other eyes looking to you for guidance.

Eventually, I decided I wanted to pursue a career in dance, and applied for colleges with nationally ranked dance programs. I ended up at Florida State University, where I fell further in love with dance, newly in love with campus life, and surprisingly in love with my business classes. 

After graduation I knew the only option for me was New York City, so I booked a one way flight, packed my two suitcases, and headed north for the "big city". Twelve years and many journeys later, I can honestly say it was the best decision I've ever made.

• My favorite color is ✨glitter✨. Or black. And sometimes pink.

• I have a hard time picking favorites.

• I’m more of a cat person, but will watch videos of corgi butts all day long.

• Pottermore.com tells me my house is either Gryffindor or Slytherin, and my patronus is a Black Stallion. Not sure what that means except that I’m a giant Harry Potter nerd, but there it is.
